Preservation Society is a small-batch preserve outfit based in Montreal. The woman running the show is professional pastry chief and musician, Camilla Wynne. After her band broke up, Camilla decided to take on preserves fulltime. I get it- as anyone that knows me well knows that I like jam almost as much as I like music.
